Hello Members:

According to the LSC weatherman, Michael Wheeler, the rain is going to miss us so we should see all of you out at the arena for a great playday tomorrow starting at noon.  The events we will be running are Spur, Bowtie, Straight Barrels, Poles and Barrels.

If you have a specific place that you like to work at a playday, you need to be sure and arrive early to get your spot marked.  Reminder… you must work at each playday for your points to count (Super Pee Wee, Pee Wee & Juniors a parent must work for you), Interemediate’s and older work for yourself. 

JUST in case our weatherman is wrong, and it does rain on our playday, a decision will be made by 10:00 a.m.and will be posted on the web or you can call me to check in at 214-534-8440. 

If you are a AASPRC member, District 14 member, I will be sending out in an email the  information you will need to attend playday finals in Bowie, TX this June.  Deadlines are fast approaching so be looking for that email.  Don’t forget this Saturday is a qualifying playday for finals as well at Lewisville. 

** BIG NEWS**

The Extreme Bull Riding will be taking place at the LSC Arena next Saturday, May 8th.  This is a huge event and we have still a bit of work to do at the arena to prepare for this.  There is some welding, wire stretching, a little bit of mowing, some bleacher boards that need to be checked and some general maintenance that needs to get finished before Friday night when the bulls arrive.  SO....... we are going to have a WORK NIGHT on Tuesday, May 4, 2010 or Wednesday, May 5, 2010 to see how much we can get knocked out and ready for this big event.  If you need to get a work day in, this is a great opportunity.
